Operating Principle
Water Jet System:
- Utilizes tap water at 0.3 l/min to reduce temperatures and trap coarse impurities in the fume stream (can be turned off when not needed).
Sedimentation:
- Large, water-laden impurities settle in the bottom chamber and are drained directly into the sewer system.
Dual Filtering Layers:
- Labyrinth and mesh/pile filters (G4 grade) capture medium-fine particles and a significant amount of suspended moisture.
Activated Alumina Layers:

The reduction of up to 90% of suspended dust, fumes and cooking odors produced by electric ovens has its solution with the Filterpack 500 FE.
Operating principle:
The mains water nozzle (0.3 l/min) helps to reduce the temperatures of any coarse impurities present in the fume flow (can be kept closed if necessary);
The decantation in the lower part of the box, where the larger, wet impurities are collected and drained through a special drain directly into the sewers;
The two labyrinth and mesh/pile filtering septa retain medium-fine particles (G4) and a significant part of the suspended humidity;
The two layers of activated alumina (AlO3 impregnated with KMnO4), eliminate odors and, thanks to their hygroscopicity, residual humidity.
