The labyrinth filters, certified flame retardant, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
They are used to filter greasy vapors and oily mists in the food industry.
They consist of a frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 6/10, containing curved blades opposed to each other.
This system forces the air to make violent changes in direction,
consequently separating solid particles from liquid ones.
Easily washable, by immersion or directly in the dishwasher.
The labyrinth filter returns to its original effectiveness characteristics, minimizing operating costs.
They are available in thicknesses of 20, 25, and 30mm in the following standard sizes: 400×400 mm, 500×400 mm, 400×500 mm, 500×500 mm.
Custom filters of various sizes, dimensions, and types can be made.
The stainless steel mesh filters for hoods are made 100% of stainless steel (the most reliable and hygienically suitable material, as confirmed by the specific ASL regulations on hygiene in catering) (D.P.R. 26/03/1980 N. 237)
They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel,consisting of a sturdy frame that supports a filter layer composed of various layers of micro-stretched stainless steel sheet.
Protected by two stainless steel meshes, for thicknesses of 12 and 22 mm.
For the 48 mm thickness, the layer is made of flat-section stainless steel wire mesh, always contained by two AISI 304 stainless steel meshes.
The stainless steel filters have a high efficiency in retaining and accumulating oils and fats and are completely regenerable.
Stainless steel mesh filters for hoods are suitable for high concentrations of dust in the air and where high resistance to high temperatures is required. In fact, they can operate at temperatures up to 300° c
The stainless steel mesh filters for hoods are available in stock with a thickness of 12 and 22 mm in the following standard sizes: 400×400, 500×400, 500×500.
