The soot removal units of the AH range with water operation are ideal for wood-fired ovens for pizzerias, bakery ovens, all types of grills and coffee roasters.
The choice of the right machinery for your business depends on many factors to be evaluated together, but generically what distinguishes them from each other is the quantity of air treated by each of them.

The soot and grease cleaning machine AH 400, AH 300, AH 250, AH 200 and AH 250L are tested and IMQ certified according to CE regulations.
Each machine is rigorously produced in Italy by ETC Group S.r.l. and scrupulously tested by specialized technicians within our company.

The soot cleaning machine are water-operated devices for the treatment of soot and fumes for pizzeria wood-fired ovens, biomass boilers, smoke reduction and micro-particle of coffee roasters.
It is an important and unique certified system for the removal of microparticulates from wood-burning stoves.
The soot cleaning machine treats soot even when the machine is off.
It is the most technological product on the market today.
Fully automatic.
It has the lowest consumption of electricity and water. Constructed entirely in stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, including the internal and external fittings of the blast chiller.
An important component is the Grunfos CM pump, practically indestructible.In addition to having low consumption, our soot cleaning machine are also the most effective on the market today.
They do not require special maintenance but only a 15-minute cleaning once a month.

Above the box, a hopper (supplied) must be installed, also secured with screws and siliconed.
Above all, the fan must be fixed, using its d. 250 male/female joint.
It is recommended to secure the fan to a fixed support (e.g. with wall brackets of appropriate length) so that it does not vibrate.
NOTE:
the FILTERPACK device does not guarantee absolute filtration. In some cases, an opening is made between the blast chiller and the filterpack, equipped with a butterfly valve, in order to let in fresh air that contributes to the condensation of the steam.
If you want to eliminate more odors, or you want to reduce the diffusion of steam coming out of the machine, or even in the case of fumes that require additional treatments, a post-treatment device is available that is based on various types of filtering septa, applicable at the exit of the machine.
This device, due to its resistance, must necessarily be equipped with a fan and inverter.
The Filterpack is a filter-holding box with 4 grooves
for the support of the filters themselves. It cannot rest
directly on the machine, as the outlet of the
machine itself and the dimensions of the filterpack are not the same. There is therefore a collector, which must be secured to the exit of the machine with a row of screws. A second set of screws will secure the collector to the box.
The joints must be siliconed.

Accessories to refine the treatment of fumes in wood-fired ovens.
The total outdoor covers are made of an aluminum profiled frame and filled with sandwich panels with a thickness of 25 mm, internal and external support in pre-painted aluminum in white gray and a thickness of 0.5 mm of closed cell polyurethane foam (over 95%) density 47 kg /m³ thermal conductivity W/(m°C) 47+_2 acoustic insulation 40 dB with an extremely light weight of the structure.
The covers have a maximum size greater than the dimensions of the respective machines by 20 cm per side, and are not standard, but can be assembled according to customer requests.
When the blast chiller is placed outdoors, it is
mandatory to have an external cover or to protect the machine from atmospheric agents by means of adequate covers, to prevent frost and rain from damaging the electrical parts of the machine.
The outdoor cover must also be installed in all cases where the noise of the machine could create annoyances and disturbances, even if the blast chiller produces a very low level, the cover is necessary especially at night when the legal limits are very low.

Furthermore, electric motorized exhaust valves become indispensable even when soot removers work in conditions where there is an excessive production of micro particulate matter and or when work must be continuous 24 hours (such as in biomass boilers)
The valves are made of stainless steel and of excellent workmanship, with powerful motors to work even in harsh conditions.
The 1"1/4, 1" 1/2, 2" stainless steel aisi 304 electric motorized exhaust valves and the remote control panel with timer become indispensable accessories for the correct operation of the blast chillers, especially in cases where there is no possibility, convenience or safety for the soot blast chiller to be unloaded every day, or when continuous operation of the blast chiller for 15-24 hours is required.
