Soot and grease cleaning machine AH 400
are built to eliminate carbonaceous particulate (soot) and impurities of various kinds from combustion fumes.
AH Ø400 soot abatements machine are used where it is necessary to purify exhaust fumes from non-toxic waste before placing them in the environment;
It is mainly used in the treatment of the fumes of charcoal grills, wood-fired ovens, electric pizza ovens, pellet, and wood stoves and other combustors with carbon residues
and particulate with airflow rate up to 4000 m³ / h
The described model has a double wash system. The washing water can be disposed of in the sewer system.
From the machine comes air saturated with steam, at a temperature of about 50 degrees, free of carbon particles, and suspended impurities (95% reduction).
Odors are cut by 60-70%.

Our soot cleaning machine use the double-washing technology of the Enterprise category, plus the rollé system (new 2018).
It finds its main application in the treatment of fumes for charcoal grills, wood-fired rotisseries for chickens, large wood-fired ovens for bakeries, wood-fired and biomass boilers and other combustors with carbon residues and soot particles, with air flow rate up to 4000 -5,000 m³/h.
