The AH300 Plus+ is a powerful evolution of the standard AH300 model, carefully engineered to meet the demands of high-temperature combustion and continuous-duty operation in commercial environments. While retaining the core design of the original AH300, this upgraded version integrates multiple enhancements that significantly boost its overall performance, reliability, and adaptability across a wider range of applications.
At the core of these improvements are custom-designed stainless steel inlet and outlet hoppers, which not only streamline the flow of air and smoke but also reduce internal turbulence, resulting in a more stable and effective washing cycle. The inlet hopper now incorporates a dedicated pre-washing chamber, equipped with two high-efficiency spiral spray nozzles, which provide an aggressive and immediate first stage of treatment. This stage reduces the temperature of incoming fumes, captures large soot particles early in the process, and protects the main internal wash nozzles from fouling or clogging.
The upgrade also includes a new 1.3 kW high-capacity centrifugal pump, which offers double the hydraulic power of the standard AH300 model. Thanks to this increased washing force, the AH300 Plus+ can efficiently process airflows exceeding 3,000 m³/h, without compromising filtration effectiveness or increasing operational complexity. The result is a machine that can withstand demanding installations such as charcoal grills with open flames, dual-chamber pizza ovens, or biomass boilers with variable or discontinuous loads.
Taking inspiration from the superior performance of the larger AH350, AH400, AH500 and AH600 models, the AH300 Plus+ delivers similar results in a more compact and versatile configuration. The fully integrated three-stage hydraulic cleaning system ensures maximum contact between water and airborne pollutants, achieving high levels of soot and odor reduction while keeping internal components cleaner for longer. The first wash acts as a thermal and mechanical barrier, the second ensures complete saturation and particle capture, and the third stage finishes the process by stripping away remaining vapors and fine residues.

Its full stainless-steel construction (AISI 304) ensures corrosion resistance even in harsh environments exposed to steam, soot, and high temperatures. Every component in contact with water or combustion fumes—tank, piping, hoppers, nozzles, valves—is designed for maximum reliability and hygiene, in compliance with the most demanding food and industrial standards.
At the core of the system is a 1.3 kW stainless steel centrifugal pump, a key upgrade that delivers twice the washing power of the standard AH300 model. This allows the AH300 Plus+ to effectively treat higher volumes of polluted air, with increased washing pressure and water coverage across all stages of the scrubber.
A unique feature of this model is its integrated pre-washing chamber inside the inlet hopper, which features two additional spiral spray nozzles. This early-stage wash reduces the thermal shock of incoming hot gases, begins particle separation earlier in the process, and significantly extends the efficiency and lifespan of downstream components. It also helps reduce fouling of the main spray arms, cutting down on maintenance intervals.
The dynamic internal flow geometry, combined with the three-stage washing system and optimized air-water contact, guarantees over 95% reduction in carbon particulate, and over 80% odor abatement, without the use of chemicals or filter cartridges.
