AH300 – Soot and Smoke Scrubber for Wood-Fired Ovens, Biomass Boilers and Intense Combustion Systems
The AH300 is a professional soot scrubber with dual hydraulic washing, made of stainless steel, designed for wood-fired ovens, biomass boilers and charcoal grills. It removes over 95% of soot, reduces CO₂ emissions by 19,243 kg/year, and operates automatically with water recirculation.
Internal Fluid Dynamics of the AH 300
The AH300 scrubber is designed for durability, efficiency and low operating costs. Its structure is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel – a corrosion-resistant material ideal for humid, hot, and combustion-residue-prone environments. All components in contact with smoke, water, or pressure – including valves, drains, fittings and the internal tank – are stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting reliability and easy sanitation.
Operation is fully automatic, with no daily intervention required. Standard maintenance is needed every six months, thanks to a system designed to minimize clogging and simplify internal cleaning.
The AH300 model comes equipped with a complete set of integrated accessories:
✔ CM 5-5 high-efficiency pump, quiet and low-energy (0.55 kW)
✔ Built-in digital thermometer for monitoring internal smoke temperature
✔ Dual pressure gauges: one for pump pressure and one for mains water pressure
✔ Integrated stainless-steel faucet and flexible hose for tank and nozzle cleaning
✔ Bottom drain with stainless-steel ON/OFF valve, easily accessible
✔ Water recirculation system to save resources and reduce daily consumption
✔ Compatibility with stainless steel covers, additional filters, and roll-up systems (on request)
This system ensures highly effective reduction of fine particles and soot, complying with the latest EU environmental regulations.
It’s ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, food labs and industrial plants using wood-fired ovens, biomass boilers, or charcoal grills.
The treated air is saturated with water vapor but free from unpleasant odors and visible soot, with a sound emission level below 70 dB(A), making it suitable even in urban and residential areas.
