The stainless steel filters have a high efficiency of retention and accumulation of oils and greases and can be totally regenerated.
Labyrinth stainless steel filters for kitchen hood
Mainly used for the filtration of greasy vapors and oily mist in the food industry and in the hood for restaurants kitchens.
They consist of AISI 304 stainless steel frame of th. 6/10, which contains curved blades opposite to each other.
This system forces air to change direction violently,
consequently it will separate the solid particles from the liquid ones.
They are easily washable, even in the dishwasher.
The labyrinth filter returns to the original characteristics of effectiveness, reducing operating costs to a minimum.
They are available in 20, 25 and 30mm thickness in the following standard sizes: 400 × 400 mm, 500 × 400 mm, 400 × 500 mm, 500 × 500 mm.
Filters of various sizes, dimensions and types can be custom built.
Stainless steel mesh filters for kitchen hood

The stainless steel mesh filters for the hood are made of 100% stainless steel (the most reliable and hygienically suitable material, as confirmed by the specific ASL provisions on hygiene in catering) (D.P.R. 03/26/1980 N. 237)
They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, consisting of a sturdy frame that supports a filtering septum composed of various layers of stainless steel micro-stretched sheet.
Protected by two stainless steel nets, for thicknesses 12 and 22 mm.
For the 48 mm thickness, the septum is made of flat section stainless steel wire, always contained by two AISI 304 stainless steel meshes.
The stainless steel filters have a high efficiency of retention and accumulation of oils and greases and can be totally regenerated.
Stainless steel filters for hood are suitable for high concentrations of dust in the air and where high resistance to high temperatures is required. In fact they can work with temperatures up to 300 ° c
