Each machine is rigorously produced in Italy by ETC Group S.r.l. and scrupulously tested by specialized technicians within our company.

Our scrubbers are the only ones certified CE and IMQ. They come with certification confirming over 95% efficiency in the removal of total micro-particles, as well as CO2 and PM10 reduction by up to 60% (under specific conditions and when using a dedicated exhaust fan manufactured by ETC Group S.R.L.).
All models in the AH scrubber range operate using smoke washing with recycled water, which is collected inside the machine before operation. The scrubber continues to use this water until the end of the washing cycle, automatically.
This category of scrubbers is built with Enterprise Technology:
"Enterprise" is a term created by ETC Group S.R.L. to indicate that its machines feature a multi-washing system and do not include mechanical filters for the removal of total micro-particles. Smaller models are equipped with at least a double-washing system, while larger ones (from AH Ø400mm and above) feature three or more washing systems, with an optional "ROLLUP" system for the treatment of finer particles.
Adding a fan to our machines, unlike other non-Enterprise scrubbers or systems with different technologies, enhances the treatment's efficiency.
The Enterprise category (an exclusive method by ETC Group S.R.L.) is not just a name but a truly revolutionary system for smoke and odor treatment, achieving levels of efficiency rarely matched by other systems.
This innovation allows us to build more effective machines without using mechanical filters, which often cause frequent disruptions.
Thanks to their simplicity and ingenuity in design, all models of soot scrubbers can be used for the treatment of: smoke, soot, dust, fine particles, CO2 elimination, PM10 reduction, various odor treatments, oily smoke, resin-rich fumes, and more.
The AH Enterprise smoke scrubber models are permanent fire prevention systems, compliant with anti-pollution regulations (legally certified).
Most water-based scrubbers are used for pizza or bread ovens, biomass boilers, wood rotisseries, charcoal grills, with airflows ranging from 100 m³/h to 35,000 m³/h.

We have calculated that a single AH 250 soot scrubber, manufactured by ETC Group Srl, can eliminate an average of 18,000 kg of CO2 annually from the exhaust of wood-fired pizza ovens and biomass boilers. Considering that we have sold no fewer than 150 of these scrubbers, the positive environmental impact is extraordinary: a total of 2,700,000 kg of CO2, or 2,700 tons, is removed from the air we breathe every year!
